Program description
San Diego Welcome messages are account, property, and transaction-related notifications and customer care conversations between San Diego Welcome and the people we do business with, such as tenants, buyers, sellers, vendors, and other contacts who have asked to hear from us.
How you opt in
San Diego Welcome may send text messages only to people who have provided their mobile number directly to San Diego Welcome and agreed to receive messages, for example by giving their number to us in person, by phone, or by email (such as writing to marc@sandiegowelcome.com) and confirming that they want to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or transaction.

Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. San Diego Welcome does not charge for messages.
Opting out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL.

Messaging is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
2. Voice calls
If you provide your phone number to San Diego Welcome, we may call you about your account, property, or transaction, or to respond to your inquiry. You may ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us during a call or by emailing marc@sandiegowelcome.com.
3. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about San Diego Welcome. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by unauthorized means. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, lease, or buy any property, or legal, tax, or financial advice.
